The spacious Seacrest Beach house features the nicest and largest (12,000 sq. feet) community pool in the area that is just a 3 minute walk from this house. The house features three master suites - each with a King size bed, a private bath and a private deck. The home features roughly 2700 square feet and about 800 sq feet of decks.

Top floor features an observation room with wet bar and TV/entertainmnet area that leads to a large covered party deck where you can relax and take in the views of Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach and the gulf. The top floor now also has a HUGE bunk room and full bath. The bunk room sleeps four kids with plenty of room to play. Beautifully upgraded and fully-equipped kitchen, large living area, televisions in every bedroom, wet bar and entertainment area.

Hardwood floors throughout, beautifully decorated and all the comforts of home make this Seacrets beach house the perfect getaway for your family or multi-family vacation rental.
