User agrees that this Web site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations for User or for another person for whom User is legally authorized to act. User agrees to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom User elects to deal including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules regarding availability of fares, products or services. User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of this Web site.

Applicable Law

Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Charity Helpers LLC. or to products you purchase through Charity Helpers LLC. shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Charity Helpers LLC intellectual property rights, Charity Helpers LLC may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
General
Charity Helpers LLC reserves the right to make any and all changes to this Web site at its sole discretion without notice to the User. Charity Helpers LLC reserves the right to deny access to this Web site to anyone at anytime. This Agreement shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers, and other terms contained in this Web site; provided, however, that in the event of a conflict between such other terms and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, U.S.A. User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Hennepin County, Minnesota, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site. Use of this Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. RENTAL TRANSACTIONS
Charity Helpers, LLC provides websites as a service, where property owners and property managers can post vacation properties for rent, and vacationers can make reservations to rent vacation properties. A rental made on Charity Helpers, LLC’s websites is an agreement between property owner/manager and vacationer. Charity Helpers, LLC, DBA Geronimo.com (and OneSpareWeek.com) is not a party to any rental agreements booked on its websites and is not liable for any damages or claims related hereto.
The property owner/manager bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information related to the description, amenities, location, availability and any other features, etc for any property listed on Charity Helpers, LLC’s websites. Users are encouraged to contact owner/manager with any questions prior to booking.
As a participating Owner or Renter you are agreeing to our Short Term Rental Agreement found here.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We are all about being fair. Our policy discourages vacationers from renting before they are 100% sure, and it provides a way for renters to recoup a portion of the rent based on how far in advance they cancel. Renters may request a refund for any reason. You will receive an email notice if a reservation is cancelled and it will show up on your admin interface as such.
AT LEAST 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE - Renter cancels at least 45 days in advance of the first night, then renter receives 75% of the rent back.
14-44 DAYS IN ADVANCE - Renter cancels 14-44 daysin advance of the first night, then renter receives 50% of the rent back.
NO REFUNDS INSIDE 13 DAYS BEFORE YOUR FIRST NIGHT'S STAY
Any forfeited rent as the result of a cancellation will be divided between the owner/manager and charity per the donation settings for the selected period.
